Chris Cakes was started in Iowa by Lorin Christiansen. We joined the group in
1991 with the Colorado location. We started with one griddle and a lot of hope.
Since then we have grown to 3 griddles and many, many new friends. Our
calendar fills up quickly with many repeat customers. We have served in
schools, churches, football stadiums, open fields, airports, coal mines, and many
different types of commercial locations. Nobody ever goes away hungry!
